This document governs the conditions for using the mobile application "Credit Card for You" (the "Service" or "App"). PART 1: TERMS OF USE AND FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER

1.1. Age Eligibility Restriction (18+ Users Only)

This App is strictly intended and restricted for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). By using Credit Card for You, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to use this App or apply for financial products displayed within the Service.

1.2. Legal Disclaimer (No Approval Guarantee)

Credit Card for You is an independent, informational, and credit card comparison platform. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE credit approval or the accuracy of real-time rates. Rates, rewards, APR, and fees change frequently. Always review the official terms directly on the card issuer or financial lender's website before applying.

1.3. Scope of Service (What We Are & What We Are Not)

• WHAT WE ARE: An informational aggregator and educational guide that uses interactive tools (such as short quizzes) to help adults compare credit cards and loan products, understand APRs, annual fees, credit scores, and financial management. Our goal is to make financial comparison simple and accessible.
• WHAT WE ARE NOT: We are NOT a bank, lender, credit bureau, or credit card issuer. We do not grant loans, issue credit cards, perform credit pulls, or collect payments, fee deposits, or sensitive financial documents under any circumstances.

1.4. Loan Comparison & Rates Disclosure (US Financial Transparency)

For adult users comparing personal loans or credit products within our educational tools, our partner offers generally conform to the following parameters:

• Repayment Period: Minimum 3 months to maximum 36 months.
• Annual Percentage Rate (APR): Maximum APR up to 35.99%, depending on the financial provider, loan type, and your credit qualification.

PART 2: PRIVACY POLICY & DATA PROTECTION

2.1. WE DO NOT COLLECT SENSITIVE PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (PII)

We strictly respect your privacy. Using the "Credit Card for You" App does NOT require account registration, login, or personal profile creation.

We DO NOT COLLECT, SOLICIT, OR STORE sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive financial data, such as:

• Your Full Legal Name or Social Security Number (SSN);
• Government-issued ID numbers, Driver's License, or Passports;
• Residential address, personal phone numbers, or email addresses;
• Bank account logins, credit card numbers, CVVs, or online banking passwords.

Any answers or preferences selected in our interactive quizzes (e.g., your preferred card rewards or estimated credit score range) are processed locally on your device at the time of use to display relevant card comparisons. They are not transmitted to or stored on Danoa Software Ltda servers.

2.2. What Data Is Collected Automatically?

To keep the App functional, stable, and free, we automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable technical and usage data through standard mobile technologies, including:

• Mobile Advertising Identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID);
• Push Notification Tokens (randomized device tokens for sending push alerts);
• Technical device specifications (device model, operating system version, screen resolution, language settings);
• Approximate IP address (used solely for coarse geolocation, such as country/state determination);
• Usage and analytics data (app screens viewed, button interactions, crash logs, and performance diagnostics).

2.3. Advertising Networks and Third-Party SDKs

We monetize our App through third-party advertising networks and use analytics services to diagnose app crashes. These third-party partners integrate Software Development Kits (SDKs) into our App and may collect device identifiers to serve tailored advertisements and analyze user engagement.

2.4. External Redirects & Third-Party Sites

When you tap on links such as "Apply Now," "Learn More," or "View Offer," you will leave our App and be redirected to the official website or web portal of the selected financial issuer. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We strongly encourage you to read the privacy policy of any external website you visit.

2.5. Push Notifications

We may periodically send you push notifications regarding new credit card offers, financial tips, and app updates. To deliver these notifications, we use an automatically generated device push token. You can opt out of receiving push notifications at any time by modifying your device settings (typically under: Settings > Apps > Credit Card for You > Notifications).

2.6. Cookies and Mobile Advertising Opt-Out

Our advertising partners use mobile advertising IDs to deliver personalized ads based on your interests. Under state laws (such as CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to opt out of interest-based advertising or the "sale/sharing" of personal identifiers for targeted ads.

You can manage, reset, or opt out of personalized ad tracking directly from your Android device settings (Go to: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization / Reset Advertising ID).

PART 3: YOUR US PRIVACY RIGHTS & LEGAL PROVISIONS

3.1. Children's and Minors' Privacy (COPPA & Age Restriction)

Our Service is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 and older. We do not target, market to, or knowingly collect any information from children or minors under 18 years of age (including children under 13, in compliance with COPPA). If we discover that a person under 18 has used our App or provided any information, we will take immediate steps to remove such device tokens and records from our systems.

3.2. State-Specific Rights (CCPA / CPRA / State Privacy Laws)

If you are a resident of California or other U.S. states with applicable privacy statutes, you have specific rights regarding your information:

• Right to Know / Access: You have the right to request information about the categories of device data collected and shared for commercial advertising purposes.

However, utilizing ad networks that collect advertising IDs may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
